BANGALORE: Unemployment is up and it seems like every sector is saying jobs are hard to find. But, if you know where to look, there are plenty of fields in need of new, skilled employees. So if you’ve left your past job and don’t know what to do, consider the following list of jobs, which are experiencing shortage of workers, as reported by Forbes.
Skilled Laborer
The market has changed drastically for skilled laborers. And good news is that there is a huge demand for skills, particularly specialized skills. Skilled trades mainly cover industries such as manufacturing and construction and skilled jobs including electrician and plumber. These positions typically require workers who have specialized training or a learned skill-set to perform the work, but not usually a four year degree. Additionally these workers can be either blue-collar or white-collar workers, with varied levels of training or education.
