It is the largest integrated energy company in China. CNPC also own PetroChina which earned the fourth largest revenue in 2014. The company has networks in Iraq, Iran, Syria, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Russia and New Zealand. Many accidents which has claimed many a lives have been associated with this company.
