Today, U.S.  Army is the largest employer globally with 1.4 million male and female workers on active duty while 718,000 civilian personnel. The National Guard and Reserve forces account for another 1.1 million employees. The active servicemen are working on different time zones and climates while 450,000 of them are posted overseas.
