Job switch entails a lot of careful considerations. Some of the considerations are short-term, while others are long-term. But prioritizing the two is often the bone of contention with regards to the job seekers.

The possible solution to this problem is to first identify the concerns and prioritize them as the need. Be optimistic and never trap yourself in a negative outlook. This is because negative thoughts can have an adverse effect on your actions and your personality, and you will ultimately end up in a deep abyss.
The best way to come out of a negative outlook is to step back and closely monitor your thought process. Write down the thoughts and try to detach from negative or unhelpful thought patterns. And finally find a perspective that makes you feel more empowering.
