BENGALURU: Recent survey by Monster Jobs shows that a larger group of people, which is 83 percent of the total job seekers, are interested to work for passion than just for money and only 17 percent of people choose job for money, reports The Economic Times.

However, 56 percent of respondents said they could not find a job of their dreams and only 13 percent of them consider themselves to be lucky enough to get a job that fills their passion.

Monster Jobs is planning to host a campaign that says ‘Love What You Do’ aiming at inspiring young generation to pursue what they love. This unique initiative can keep them happy and bring comfort to their work life.

This campaign will encourage them to find their passion in life and pursue that passion throughout their career. By pushing their limits, they can easily know more about their passion as well as the nature of the work they wish to do.
