The seventh largest retailer in the world, Costco Wholesale is a multi-billion dollar global retailer with warehouse club operations in eight countries. It is headquartered in Issaquah, Washington, United States and was founded in 1976 in San Diego.
In Costco, most of the employees begin their careers in the warehouse setting and become experts in Costco merchandising and operations. It is also dedicated to recognizing and rewarding employees for their hard work and loyalty. So, if the employees have all these traits in them, then irrespective of their educational qualifications, they tend to prosper in their career.

Founded in 1993 by Steve Ells, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is a chain of restaurants in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and France, specializing in burritos and tacos.
When it comes to promoting its employee to the higher post, Chipotle is unlike other fast food companies as nearly all of the leaders are promoted from the crew level.
