Bangalore: An annual survey conducted by Milwaukee-based Manpower Group finds out that more than a third of global employers are facing a scarcity of skilled workforce, however, they are unwilling to hire until the person is right fit for the position, reports Michael Oneal on Chicago Tribune, reveals the Business Insider.



The survey was carried on across 41 countries, involving 40,000 employers, amongst which 34 percent of employers claimed of having difficulty in filling up jobs, whereas, 56 percent of respondents opined that they are making due with fewer workers, which can be considered as a bad indication for the hiring market, according to the survey. Listed below are jobs that will be most in demand in the world right now.



1. Skilled Trades Workers: This job is the hardest one to fill globally, says the Manpower’s study. Skilled Trades Workers are responsible for general construction and maintenance work for a large facility. Their work is performed under general supervision, besides that in some cases; they are also required to supervise unskilled or semi-skilled workers in the tasks.
