05. Germany, $4,451 (up .3% from 2011)



Germany is one of the most favorite European countries for careerists and educationists. According to one of the survey conducted by CareerCast.com, Germany is one of the ten countries where college grads want to work. Studying in German will be offered with many career opportunities with more career training. There is no wonder if employers in Germany pay a much bigger than its U.S. counterparts can pay, as students in Germany are offered to attend a three year training program in a dual track where they can attain job experience as interns. This program is integrated with career-oriented classroom tuition. As early as age of 19, most German students came out as skilled employees through this integrated approach. 04. Canada, $4,594 (up 5.4% from 2011)



Despite of the down economy and job market which Canada experienced for last few years caused not to offer high paying jobs for its new grads, but, 2012 brings a change in its job openings. The recent grads are offered jobs which are high-paying and high-quality, CIBC reports. By the first half of this year, Canadian job market have gone higher, than that economists expected, with a 155,000 new jobs produced. Manufacturing sectors have produced the highest number of jobs which are into high-tech, heavy machinery, high-paying manufacturing. The recently produced jobs had strong advance in quality index with high improvement.
