Comparatively, advertisements that are effective give people the information they actually need promptly and clearly. Based on that you should make your resume simpler and effective that can grab the maximum attention of the recruiters, as in today’s job market no recruiters have time to go through long elaborative sentences.

Spelling and Grammatical errors: Spelling and Grammatical mistakes are often committed by candidates who are unaware of the fact that such kind of mistakes reflects a negative impression on the recruiter. Because by coming across these mistakes in your resume the recruiter tends to think that the applicant is careless and is not serious about the job. So before posting your Resume to the prospective employers, it is advisable for you to review it once again. Likewise you can ask your relative or a friend to check your resume before dispatching it.
