3. Use the Words to Appreciate

One of the better ways to love the people around you is sending an immediate note of appreciation on their great work. Don’t hesitate to appreciate for their good works, just send a note of ‘congrats’. Thank them when you get a help on work even if that is part of their work. The quick e-mails will speak of how much you appreciate their work. Don’t you like the one who appreciate you? Obviously, every one likes to be appreciated and to be loved by others. It never meant to irritate them with flattering words. Cheer them up, boost them up, compliment them and send recognition note, they will be your best colleagues to work with.
