Though an eccentric boss may lead to lot of chaos, frustration and confusion among the workforce, they are the most open to innovative ideas and constructive suggestions.

It is extremely difficult to devise a perfect strategy to succeed under an eccentric boss. Assess his/her behavior and devise a strategy specific to your boss. Moreover, if you are committed and focused at work, this boss shouldn’t be a problem.    

13. The Great Boss

Last but not the least, an ideal boss who is fair, who listens to others and someone who motivates his fellow employees. A great boss leads by example, creates a positive work environment and backs his employees to reach the next level. Unfortunately, such kinds of bosses are very rare and you must be really lucky to have one.
