Cities Which Come Under the Level Two Category:



Capital city of the State of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow tops the list in the level two category after creating around 1,698 jobs and by registering a 54 percent job growth between the Quarter 4 of the 2011 fiscal year and Quarter 1 of the 2012 fiscal year. But when it comes to job generation across the country, the job creation in this city is worthless with just 1.3 percent when it comes to the overall comparison. Lucknow is been followed by other cities namely, Chandigarh, Vadodra, Jaipur and Surat accordingly in the list of level two cities list. These cities apart from Lucknow, has created 1,000 to 1,500 maximum jobs. Along with Lucknow, Jaipur is the only city in this list which has also seen a growth of 4.2 percent in the job creation as the rest of the other cities in this list has seen a dip in job creation.
