3. Bad Bosses: 37 percent of the survey respondent said that the number one type of worst boss is a boss who steals our ideas. Whereas 33 percent claimed that the boss that knows it all is the worst boss ever. Only twenty-seven percent of employees disliked bosses who ignore them. Moreover, the survey found out that many employees are getting more creative at avoiding their bosses. 30 percent of employees said they have scheduled time off around their bosses’ vacation in order to maximize the time they won’t have to spend together.
