Bangalore: Who doesn’t want to get into a secured job when it comes to their professional life? Not only in India, but employees from different countries say that, job security is a must to lead a happy life. But, the global slowdown seems to have already made a negative effect on the job market and has affected the India Inc as well. So, because of this reason, many Indians seem to have given the job security as the top most priority before accepting a job.

So, according to the Towers Watson 2012 Global Workforce Study, that surveyed majority of the below 30 years old people figured out that, for most of them, job security was the number one preference of most of them. So, as the situation at present is like that, even for the employers assuring the candidates of a secured job has likely became the key factor to attract the talents, reports Sreeradha Basu on the Economic Times Website.
