Let's Talk Money
This is one of the most common reasons job seekers fail to impress the employers and it’s also one of the main reasons candidates lose out on great opportunities.  The only barrier they can put to this is by not discussing salary in the early stages of the screening process.

Michael Kerr, an international business speaker and author said, "Focusing on the salary can raise a red flag with potential employers that you are only there for the money and not for any deeper reasons." "More and more, employers are looking for people who align with their mission and values," he adds.

More often than not job seekers tend to reveal their weakness in some possible way and this in turn gives an opportunity for employers to judge your personality.  So until and unless employers ask a standard interview question relating to weakness, never voluntarily talk about it.
