Is Technology the Reason for Taking Away Middle-Class Jobs?

The service sector jobs are been wiped out by the advanced technology. So, if the same situation carries over in the next decade as well, then all the machines and devices will be turning out to become more sophisticated and powerful that helps them to do more efficient tasks than human beings had always done in the past.

Andrew McAfee, Principal Research Scientist at the Center for Digital Business at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and co-author of “Race against the Machine”, said that, the jobs that are going away are not at all coming back.

Machines seem to have already reformed the global economy, as they are generating and analyzing vast amount of data. Apart from that, devices like the smartphones and tablet computers have made the work of the people easy, as they have allowed people to work from anywhere, even while they are travelling.
