The study concentrated on explaining the engagement and enablement levels of employees at work. Employees’ engagement is only possible through arousing the employees’ passion towards the work. It will be resulting in organizational success. Employees’ engagement will make the employees feel proud to work there and will be intending to work for rest of the years.  While organization’s success depends on the employees’ willingness to ‘go the extra mile’, no encouragement and no benefits are the cheapest policies some organizations follow. 



Enablement points out how interesting one’s job in terms of utilizing the skills and abilities they have learned during academic years. For every employee, their jobs and work environments should able to inspire them to work productively with challenging and exciting roles at work.
