2. Proper Subject line:



For any mail, whether it is an official mail or a casual mail, the subject line does matters a lot as it is the subject line your audience will look upon at first. So, always make sure that the subject line is precise and decisive. If it is delivered in this order definitely your audience will pay attention to open up your mail. Maximum of 25 to 26 words can be fit in a subject line, so make proper use of it.



3. Content must be prioritized correctly:



Every time you must see that the content you write in the mail should be always prioritized well and there is no need for an unnecessary build up because what you are writing is not a story. When you start writing consider to mention the core point at first and then continue with the further details. This method will be appreciated by someone especially by the people who are very busy at their work.
