2. Fix the Subject line well:



In any of the e-mails you send, it is the subject line that will be first noticed by your receiver of the e-mail. So, make sure your subject line has to be accurate and purposeful. You need to give a proper subject line that attracts the receiver’s attention immediately and make them to open that e-mail. Subject line can contain about 20 to 25 words every time.

3. You need to know what you want to achieve exactly:



Before sending any e-mail, you need to be clear about what you want to achieve from that e-mail. So, if you understand the purpose of writing that e-mail you can communicate accordingly with the receiver of that e-mail. If you want something exact task to be performed by your receiver, make sure you include that exactly as it is in your e-mail.
