Mind /Watch Your Language And Topics

If someone’s personal and official accounts are the same, it is highly recommended that he/she should not use kind of abusive language during the conversation. It is better to avoid any controversial or sensitive topics which are already trending. Putting up your opinion is fine but giving offensive comments and using slang language should be avoided.

Avoid Unnecessary Tweets

Again and again tweeting and re-tweeting the same messages and posts to your colleagues everyday may lead to spamming. As Aditya Narayan Mishra, president of Randstad India, said, “Spamming occurs when there is misalignment of a link between thoughts and what followers want to know.” Employees should always avoid giving opinions on all topics, most of which may be useless to the co-workers.
