2. Mentioning about your legal issues with your previous job:
None of the employer on earth will like to hire an employee who is stuck in controversies stuck in their professional as well as in their personal life.  So, in such situation if you discuss about your ongoing legal dispute with your past employer and if they get to know you are the reason behind suing a past employer or if you are being sued by your past employer, definitely they don’t feel like hiring you as they don’t want to take up any type of risk.

3. Frequently seeking for the updates:
It is true that you will be excited to know the result of your job interview, but if you keep on asking for the updates, definitely the recruiters will feel annoyed and there will be less opportunity for you to get into that profession. So, avoid making a fool out of yourself in front of others and wait till the right time comes.
So, to avoid scaring away your recruiters during such circumstances, it is better to give all the details they need, just to avoid creating any sought of suspicious attitude in them.
