Avoid being a recluse in your workplace: Remember that it is very important to socialize with people especially at work, so don’t confine yourself in your cubical, make sure that you talk with people and make an effort to go out with them specifically if you are invited to go out with them for lunch, dinner, shopping etc. You are sure to get appreciated by your co – workers if you have the spirit of partying or socializing with them even for a short time that you can give them.

5. Avoid Gossips: Gossiping that leads to heated arguments is something which should be avoided at work. You should stay away from indulging in catfights over unimportant matters which can create a negative impression of yours in front of your co – workers. So remain calm and cool and don’t voice your own opinion on matters that are not related to you. You can give your opinion when the situation directly applies to you.
