4. Financial security is much needed:



Whenever you have decided for a career transition, remember to plan your financial security well. It is a must to look after your financial matters because in many cases a career transition might involve a reduction in your income which can hit on your financial security very badly. You need to think on how to manage your family obligations and other essential expenses and you need to be still more careful when you have an entire family depended upon your income.



5. Improve Your Skills:



You might be very much skillful on a particular job. But when you are in a career transition and you get into a completely different profession, you need to develop new skills that are much required for the new profession. Vinay Grover, the CEO of executive firm Symbiosis Management Consultants suggests that, if an employee enters into a totally different field, one must acquire all the new skills, knowledge and information possible about new field before entering it.
