Ask for help: Without gossiping, you can discuss the problems with your trustworthy co- workers, who may also be facing the same problem, and can help you to come out of the problems caused by the difficult person at work. By discussing the inconvenience caused by the bad co – worker, you are sure to feel better as sharing of problems tends to eliminate stress and you can also find a way out to your problem. 

5. Tell your superior: If nothing works, then it is time that you highlight the issue to your boss that the inconvenience caused by the bad co – worker is hampering the quality of your work. Instead of attacking that person, tell your boss that how his behavior is affecting you.  Your boss will definitely pay attention to your problems and come out with a solution, if he leans that this kind of a problem is affecting the productivity of the business.
