5. Therapy session: It is always better to stay out of such situations where you feel that your co- workers or boss’ after having excessive drinks have started to discuss his/her personal problems. If you come across such kind of a scenario avoid being a therapist, as if you do so your co- worker may start to maintain a distance with you out of awkwardness the very next day at work. And yes never try to remind your boss about his/her personal problems that you came to know during the office party.
