Bangalore: Getting laid off has become a common thing at present. But still people who get laid off from their company, they easily fall into depression think ‘What Next?’ or ‘What am I going to do next?’ The depression rate increases when the poor financial status of that person plays a major role. 1. Console yourself:



First and four most thing you need to do is to console yourself by accepting the fact that you are not the only person who has got laid off for the first time nor are you the last person to get laid off.
