4. What are your strengths and weaknesses? This is the most common question asked by the job interviewer and are always considered tricky. If you come across such a question, avoid saying all your great qualities. Instead, your answer should be related to the position you are interviewing for. For example if the position requires you to work in teams, then you must say that you are an experienced team player.
