4. “We are hiring someone to help you out with your work”:
These words are said by the employers after you start working for them. Sometimes, you would be the only person hired to work on any project or sometimes there would be a employee who is just waiting to transfer their responsibility to you and leave the job by training you for some days. So in such cases the employers would have assured you of hiring a new team mate to work for you. But as a productive employee, you shouldn’t depend upon their words completely. You need to make sure your work goes on in the same speed even if you don’t have a team mate.

5. “The company doesn’t encourage office politics”:
Even though it is true in some companies, where their main intention would be just for a healthy growth of the company, there are few companies where the term office politics takes an automatic berth, which no one can avoid. But as the office politics is growing day by day, the candidates must try to be away from it as far as they can.
