4. Don’t shirk of the dirty work:

If you or your team has done any mistake, avoid running away from it. Instead work on it once again and make bring it in the proper way. If your team has committed any mistake you have all the right to ask them about that and at the same time you must get the work done by them again. Don’t jump away for a new task unless you or your team clears up this mistake.

5. Don’t be Bossy:

Just because you are the boss, it doesn’t mean you are supposed to dominate upon them every time. Being a boss have many other responsibilities to follow like guiding, supporting and by making them feel secured. You can get your work done by them by being friendly with them too.
