2. Kushal Pal Singh Teotia: Considered as the real estate moghul, Kushal Pal Singh is the chairman and CEO of DLF limited, India's largest real estate developer. Apart from that Kushal holds 130th position in the list of world’s richest people; released by Forbes in 2011. Born on August 15, 1931 in Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh, Kushal graduated in science from Meerut College, Uttar Pradesh, later he completed Aeronautical Engineering in UK and was then selected to the Indian Army by British Officers Services Selection Board, UK. He joined American Universal Electric Company in 1960. In 1979, soon after its merger with DLF Universal Limited, he took over as the Managing Director of the new company. Later he worked hard and made DLF India's largest real estate company. The company is the world's largest real estate firm in terms of revenues, earnings, market capitalization and developable area.
