As per the National Association of Colleges and Employers’ Job Outlook 2013 study, employers are planning to hire about 13 percent additional fresh grads than they did the previous year. And the major recruiters this season would be industries such as chemical / pharmaceutical manufacturing, insurance, retail trade, computer and electronics manufacturing, finance, professional services, and management consulting.
