Rolls-Royce



Rolls-Royce, the most prestigious brand in the automobile world, is the next entry in the list.



As per the respondents, brain-teasers such as “How would you build an engine from scratch?”, grueling questions concerning the very specific aspects of the corporation, and the sheer length of the interview that are often spread around 46 days, literally made them sweat. They also added that though the screening process was tough, the recruiters were some of the finest in the world. They were friendly and made the candidates feel confident and wanted as employees. 



Bain & Company



Boston based, multinational management consulting firm, Bain & Company, is slotted at the fifth position in the list, thanks largely to its interview difficult rating of 3.7 and the duration of the entire interview process that typically lasts for around 28 days.



According to the respondents, though the interview were tough, they were not unfair.
