Apart from that, of all the 90 million laborers who will be available in the country by the next 20 years, 27 million of them will be finding it very hard to find new jobs. Raman said that, the demand for highly skilled laborers is increasing day by day and so the youngsters have to invest more time to upgrade and learn new skills. If they are not able to do it, definitely, they will either lose their job or replaced by someone else in their position.



So, what is it exactly that is hindering the young graduates, is it the universities in our county, is it the poor faculty at the colleges and universities or is it the young graduates themselves?




It has been observed that today’s gen youngsters have lacked the passion of learning and that can be considered as the fundamental problem for both youngsters as well as especially the experienced professionals, says Raman Madhok.
