Whom did I help?
Getting helped feels so good so should be at time to help, question yourself in the past who all have been benefitted by you. The network between employees and their acceptance of you is what makes you a leader. By careful scrutiny you would know your help module up to your office only, so gather up yourself and reach out to your former colleagues, friends and other clientele.
What did I leave undone?
Multitasking is an essential quality but even though sometimes we miss out crucial tasks. So make up a list of tasks that are yet to be done and also figure out all the years’ improvements which left you behind. Build up new skills than planning up a future project. Re-prioritize yourself based on which ones have priority for completion and in this way stay ahead and be ready for the coming year filled with new challenges.
What is coming up that most excites me?
A question like this may bring out a long list of different commitments, so write up on a notepad what sort of commitments may lay path to your goal which in turn will save time and help you check yourself to be aware of what is coming that is not expected. The coming year may also be personal in nature, break from the routine try to think what sort of changes you need to make, to be more successful than in the previous year.
