Always remember its ‘We’ and not ‘I’, especially when your team has succeeded in a project. To be a good leader start thinking and working as a whole team, and this can also be done while writing official emails where your teammates will be involved in all activities.           

Wasting time on social media:

While on work, avoid wasting time on social media—Facebook, Instagram and others. This might portray a bad impression on your fellow workers. They might think that you are not concerned about the work and are unprofessional. Check social media during breaks but don’t let it run in the background during work.
