9. Good Working Conditions
Working atmosphere should be healthy and neat. These small things will facilitate the employees to bring out the best results in the work they do. It is always better to make comfortable work environment to support the staff.  The open-door policy is remarkably the next one to offer well mannered working conditions. This will ease their communication with the higher authority and they will be able to share their points more directly.



10. Interesting Work
This is not a new employee motivation element. Everyone look for the interesting work, and in reality very few finds what they really wish for. So, it’s always advisable to identify the interests of the employees before assigning them work. If the work is interesting, employees will definitely touch their targets very fast and will be more accurate on whatever they do. It all depends on how you do the best in assigning work after figuring out what tasks your employee performs well and enjoys doing. This will be an effective way to motivate the right employees with right tasks.
