2. Benefits
Employee benefits are the kind of non-wage compensations excluding the salary package. It will be sometimes in the form of salary arrangement programme such as ‘salary sacrifice’, or ‘salary exchange’. These benefits will cover housing, group insurance, disability income protection, retirement benefits, daycare, tuition settlement, sick leave, vacation, social-security, profit sharing, funding of education, and other specialized benefits.

Benefits are ‘paid value’ to the employees rather than payment. These are benefits for employees for their great services to the company and this works in a two-way mode as ‘company paid and employee paid’ benefits. For instance, medical insurance is paid by the employee where the holiday pay by the company.

3. Career Acceleration
Organizations should make adequate efforts to accelerate the careers of the key talents. In this era of technology, employees should be given proper training to be updated with the current technologies. Likewise, soft skill trainings and other personal development coaching are to be included in the career acceleration programme. Offer employees opportunities to have some exposures to industry upgrades and invite experts to talk to them.
