2. Report to Your Superior:



It is advisable not to keep everything within yourself, which ultimately increases your stress levels and will have a direct impact on your performance and productivity.



Bullying is a kind of harassment that needs to be reported and brought to the attention of individuals who can successfully intervene. Report such kind of harassment to your superior and if your superior is the bully, report the bullying to his superior. In addition, depending on the type and level of the harassment, there could be grounds for legal charges to be made.

3. Avoid the Bully:




More often people invest more energy and become obsessed with how a bully needs to change. It is advisable to avoid the bully, by spending time with the loving and supporting colleagues in your circle. This not only reduces the chances of getting bullied, but also re-energizes your soul and makes you feel better.
