2. There won’t be any traffic:

Indian metro city roads are filled up with traffic the entire day and people who are traveling far away distance get frustrated with it and it can also cause them with health related problems by traveling the whole day. In India, most of the time is spent on traveling rather than for any other use. So, if you shift your working hours to night time you won’t be having the problem of traffic jam. By the time you complete your night shift it would be early morning and at that time too the traffic would not have begun and that helps you to reach home early.

3. You can get promoted easily:

If you are eager to get promoted, working in the night shifts will be an easy way for you to get promoted because there will be less number of workers in that shift and you don’t have to struggle to compete with everyone to get promoted as you can quickly prove your talent in front of your seniors. But what you must observe here is that it all depends on how well you perform. So, make the best use of the opportunity and move ahead.
