Boss: The Info graphic report demonstrates that when the respondents were asked “Has your boss taken credit for any of the idea?” 16 percent claimed that “it happens all the time,” 31 percent of the employees said “Yes, but it was unintentional” and 53 percent stated “Never”. The other factor that created dissatisfaction amongst employees was limiting vacation time as when respondent were asked “Has your boss asked you to change your vacation plans?”  16 percent of the employees sadly said “yes” 42 percent said “No but could see it happening”. And 42 percent of the employees said “ Never” . The report also highlighted that employees whose bosses have asked them to change their vacation plans are 2.1x more likely to be dissatisfied. Therefore, as a boss you should evaluate how your staffs distinguish you and how vital can appreciation and recognition can be.
