4. Commit yourself with the new company for at least 18 months:



Job hoping has become pretty common these days and the employers have become careful while choosing their potential employees. The chances of changing the job has increased especially in the candidates who are experienced and over qualified. Before changing the job, you need to be aware of one thing which is called as ‘Dedication’. So, even if you are over qualified avoid jumping up from one job to another within few months. Try to be committed with a company at least for one and a half year so that your future employers are confident while choosing you as their potential employee.
