Take a break from your monotonous work and start afresh. You must make sure you won’t force yourself into the work which is making you feel stressed and bored. Take leave for some days to spend some quality time with your family and friends. This will help you to come back to your workplace with a fresh mind and you will also be developing interest doing a good job at your office.

Quit the present job:

When you have got to know that nothing is working well with you at the workplace, the only option which is left is that to quit the current job which you have felt is dragging you to boredom. After you quit the job, start looking for a challenging job which can help you to present your talent and skills. While exploring a new job, give your best performance in the interview whenever you face it. But the best suggestion in this time of economic crisis is not to quit the job as it is not so easy to find an alternative job in this highly competitive economy. So, it is up to you to take a smart decision about your future career.
