BANGALORE: As the economy recovers and business picks up, the need for IT skills continue to expand. This demand means that competition for IT skills and IT talent for both big and small companies are hotter than others.
As per Dice.com's job postings, Here are the 10 fastest-growing categories based on number of current mentions as compared to the mentions from September 2013, as reported by Sharon Florentine of CIO.
Puppet
Puppet, an open source IT automation tool that is one of the fastest-growing technology skills in demand right now and no wonder it has an increased 91 percent related jobs on Dice.com
Since it’s more agile, flexible and scalable, this popular IT skill has gained a foothold with some of tech's biggest players and Puppet Labs completed a $40 million round of investment funding in June.
