Weirdest Reasons Employees Give to Quit Their Jobs

Bangalore: There are plenty of employees who get fired for doing stupid things at workplace. But there are many more employees who give weird reasons to quit their jobs. Recently, a survey was conducted by OfficeTeam through the telephonic interview with more than 1,300 senior managers and with more than 20 or more employees and managers. All these managers and employees reported strange excuses which left many employers confused. Listed below are some of the weird reasons given by the employees during the Office Team survey.

1. One of a female employee decided to quit the job because her boss lost the dog which she had gifted him.

2. One employee left the job because she had lost her cell phone many times at the office.

3. Someone else quit the job as he or she was interested in participating in a reality show.

4. Surprisingly, another employee said that he or she had the habit of changing their jobs for every six months.

5. A staff member at a company quit his job to climb the Mount Everest.
