So, make sure you are clear and specific while using them to make it easy for the listeners to understand what you want to convey through your language. Aggression is a big ’No’ because it can lead you nowhere but instead create uncertainties within yourself and the team. To overcome this, stick to positive language, learn to compromise and accept ‘NO’ if you are at the receiving end and don't distance yourself from people by bragging.
