BENGALURU: Andhra Pradesh lost the tag of having the maximum number of popular engineering colleges since its bifurcation. Many among the 400plus engineering colleges have moved to Telengana. Yet it continues to be known for its academic assets and is a top choice among students. Three deemed universities of the country like Osmania University, Andhra University and Rayalaseema University belong to this state. IITs and IIITs plan to grow in this newly emerged South Indian states.
