NRI Hiring Might be Doubled in India Inc in 2013

Bangalore: This year might be a fun filled year for the NRIs, as the India Inc has shown its desire in inducting global talent as they believing these global talents would have got international exposure. So, this desire by the India Inc has resulted in doubling the recruitment process of the non-resident Indians in 2013.



Last year, there were 27, 983 NRIs who got recruited by different companies in India. But in this year, the hiring is expected to be around 50,000, reports a survey conducted by My-HiringClub.com, which is a global recruitment tendering platform, reports  Mini Joseph Tejaswi & Shilpa Phadnis of the Times News Network, as reported on Economic Times Website.



 It has been reported in the survey that, Bangalore will be leading this year by creating jobs up to 11,894 for the NRIs, followed by Delhi-NCR and Mumbai by creating 10,320 and 6, 780 jobs respectively.



When it comes to sectors creating large number of jobs for NRIs, IT and ITeS sector is expected to create around 11,450 jobs, that is followed by FMCG creating 8,930, automobile and manufacturing sector creating 7,341, infrastructure creating 4,894 jobs, Pharma and healthcare creating 3,245 jobs, telecom and banking and financial services all creating 1,391 jobs each in their respective field.
