Bangalore: Are you bored of recognizing your higher authority as a ‘CEO’? Then why not recognize or call him or her as a ‘Chief Pusher’ or an ‘Agile Evangelist’? Yes, these names may call up images of work which involves two extremities namely the first as a crusader and the second as connecting to the seamier world of narcotics. But if you have a creative thinking, these names can also be operational and names of senior corporate designations, reports Devina SenGupta of the Economic Times.

The present corporate India is no longer interested in the old, high respectable names like CEOs etc, as they have made up their mind into making it a bit creative and personalized designations. The best example for this trend is that, in a Bangalore based startup Teleradiology Solutions, the CEO is been called as the ‘Chief Pusher’. The reason for this unique name was simply because he pushes his employees into delivering best goods. The HR Head of this organization is been renamed as the ‘Chief Listening Officer’ and the Technical head is been called as the ‘Chief Enabler’. Sunita Maheshwari who has designated as the ‘Chief Dreamer’ for the designation of ‘Business Development Head’ is of the opinion that, these kind of unique trend inside the company helps them to create an environment where designations do not matter.
