Bangalore: Didn’t get a New Year bonus? Don’t worry; money and happiness doesn’t always go hand in hand. While it is true that happiness at work actually increases with good pay, fixed working hours and a healthy working environment; but it’s not always the same.  For instance a high ranked employee earns much more than the other employees, but his job satisfaction levels can be less than that of the employees earning less than him.

Actual average salary: Rs 5.07 lakh to 15.13 lakh (As Per Payscale)

Web developers are responsible for designing, developing and maintaining applications for the particular websites over the internet. These professionals are expected to have good command over their clients and server contexts, and other computer related technologies.



However, most of the web developers are not happy with their jobs because their employers were unable to communicate consistently and lacked understanding of related technologies, which is not healthy.
