Bangalore: Great news for engineering and other IT aspirants! As per a recent study conducted by CareerBuilder, a human capital solutions firm, engineers and IT managers profile are the hardest to fill in the world and employers are on their toes to hire proficient talent in this field. Some of the other profiles which employers are struggling to fill include the likes of sales representatives, administrative assistants and marketing professionals, said a report published by Anumeha Chaturvedi for the Economic Times.

As per the report, employers in every part of the globe have one thing in common, i.e. they are struggling to fill in-demand jobs. IT managers, engineers, accountants and secretaries are the positions which employers are typically taking the longest time to fill in India as they are finding it hard to find qualified candidates.
